Compact Size

The simple structure is 40% lighter than a geared motor of the same specification, which means it’s easy for installation.

High Energy

With a high operating efficiency motor, this fan can output a rated torque at 5Hz low frequency and saves 20% more power than normal motors.

Noise Reduction

The air gap waveform and cogging torque are optimized to reduce the motor noise index to below 40 dB.

Protection

With rubber seal bearing and good oil seal, it’s suitable for all kinds of high temperature, high humidity environments.

Maintenance Free

Different from gearbox driven fans, our motor requires no traditional oil changes. No more costly maintenance and messy leakages.

Wide Coverage Area

The fan’s large diameter of 7.3 meters and its low speed can promote an orderly flow of wide range air, effectively covering 800- 1,500 m.

High Torque

Our fans feature high-performance magnets and a unique rotor design that boosts magnetic energy efficiency, strengthens anti-demagnetization and increases motor torque by 20%.

Heat Dissipation

Our inner rotor design dissipates heat efficiently through the casing and airflow, keeping the motor temperature low. This reduces heat buildup compared to similar products, extending motor life and enhancing stability.

DURABILITY & MATERIALS

MATERIAL QUALITY

The fan blades are made of aviation-grade aluminum alloy (6063-T6), which ensures durability with internal rib design and an aerodynamic airfoil to enhance stability and longevity. Components like connectors and mounting plates are made from high-quality aluminum (6061-T6) with CNC precision machining, which strengthens the parts against wear and tear.

STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY

A wire rope traction system that secures the fan, preventing detachment even under external forces adds to the overall durability. The blades and main parts undergo stress testing to ensure that they have an unlimited lifespan under standard operational loads.

PROTECTION & MAINTENANCE

The motors are designed to be maintenance-free, with high protection ratings (up to IP66) to shield against dust, water and other environmental factors. Heat dissipation features are integrated to reduce temperature rise, enhancing the motor’s durability by preventing overheating.
